CHARLES L. PUGH CO., INC., is a family owned organization that takes great pride in performing all insurance repair work according to good trade practice. We offer 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE and immediate 24-hour contact with an insured.
We have experience in multiple computer estimating programs, and have not confined ourselves with one estimating format. We want to be flexible in working with different companies whose claim philosophies may vary.
Estimates are prepared by our staff supervisors, who not only prepare the scope, but run the job from beginning to end. In addition, we are available as Appraiser’s Umpires, and Consultants.
We employ our own trade workmen and have little turnover, which allows for constant quality control in our service product. Our workmanship is guaranteed against defects for one year.

We have worked with staff adjusters over the years to establish a PROFESSIONAL approach and a REALISTIC scope to every claim. Price is done on a unit cost method, with all mechanical quotes backed up by written estimates. In some cases, time and material costs will be used and full backup is provided.
